To be considered for funding, YBTT asks enquirers to complete a Business Plan. The purpose of the Business Plan is twofold: First, it encourages you, the entrepreneur, to consider all the areas that typically need investigating and reporting when starting a business. Secondly, a Plan allows YBTT to evaluate your assumptions and determine how realistic your projections are.
Once approved, the Business Plan is then used as a tool for establishing timelines for your enterprise and for monitoring progress as actual milestones are achieved.
