The YBTT Agri Business Incubator is a free business incubation programme designed to help aspiring and early-stage agribusiness entrepreneurs transform their ideas into viable, market-ready businesses. Delivered by Youth Business Trinidad and Tobago (YBTT) through the Conecta Caribbean initiative, the programme combines the internationally recognized Bridge for Billions incubation methodology with local agribusiness expertise, giving participants access to a structured online learning platform, experienced mentors, practical business tools, expert workshops, and a supportive entrepreneurial community.

Unlike traditional business training, this programme focuses on learning through action. Rather than simply attending workshops, entrepreneurs work on their own businesses throughout the programme, completing practical activities, testing ideas with real customers, receiving feedback from mentors, and building every major component of their business step by step. Over eight structured modules, participants develop their value proposition, business model, marketing strategy, financial projections, growth plan, and other essential foundations needed to launch or grow a successful agribusiness.
