FAST: This is not a year-long commitment. It is a 6-week, intensive incubator designed for busy entrepreneurs. We deliver rapid, compounding progress without requiring you to be away from your business for months on end.
FOCUS: We eliminate the noise. Instead of overwhelming you with theory, we provide a proven framework that forces you to concentrate on the vital few activities that drive real growth. You’ll learn what to do next, and just as importantly, what to ignore.
FOUNDATION: A hustle relies on you; a business relies on its systems. We will work with you to install the key pillars of a sustainable business: a validated business model, clear financial understanding, and a compelling pitch.

A 6-Week Journey
This comprehensive incubator includes direct mentorship, a proven curriculum, and expert-led training.
- Duration: An intensive 6-week online accelerator.
- Format: 100% Virtual (Live, interactive sessions via Zoom).
- Schedule: Thursdays, 6:00 PM – 8:30 PM AST.
- Time Commitment: One 2.5-hour live session per week, plus practical out-of-class activities.

The Crash Course Experience
Live Virtual Training
Engage in over 15 hours of intensive, live learning. Our program is delivered via Zoom, offering a dynamic and interactive format that allows for real-time engagement with facilitators and peers. This is not a passive webinar series; it is a hands-on training where you will build your business assets live during each session.
Post-Program Mentorship
Your journey doesn't end after six weeks. Upon graduation, you'll receive access to a 3-month group mentorship program. You will be matched with a small group of your peers and a seasoned YBTT mentor to help you implement your action plan, navigate challenges, and accelerate your post-programme growth.
On-Demand Resource Hub
Gain exclusive access to the Crash Course resource hub on Google Classroom. This platform is your library of high-value content, including every session recording, all the proprietary templates and worksheets used in the course, and a curated set of tools to support your development long after the live sessions are over.
Final Pitch
The highlight of the Crash Course is the final session, where you will craft and deliver a compelling presentation of your business to a panel of external experts. This pitching experience is designed to provide you with invaluable, actionable feedback, significantly sharpening your strategic communication and building your confidence to present to your future audience.
