Overview
Recognizing the need for a tailored programme that specifically targets entrepreneurs working in the Waste Management Sector, Youth Business T&T, in partnership with Circulate Capital and Siel Environmental, has launch a pilot programme for Waste Management Entrepreneurs. The pilot programme was developed to work with entrepreneurs already operating in the sector, combining access to eLearning content, cross-learning sessions, fireside chats with experts, and individual mentorship.
Programme Components
Self-paced and flexible learning
Gain access to the eLearning platform with 9 modules and 31 sub-modules that meet the learning needs of entrepreneurs. Modules can be completed at any time during the programme. Access anytime, anywhere!
Peer-to-peer learning sessions
Eight virtual fireside sessions, focused on 1 topic and featuring a guest speaker. This element focuses on peer-to-peer sharing and support. Why do it alone!
Individual Mentorship Support
Each company will be provided with a mentor, for support in assessing their business challenges and guidance to overcome challenges. Individual growth!
